Niagara Falls, Canada, where it’s...
Safe to Play. Safe to Stay.

You have our assurance.

We are committed to fulfilling all new standards introduced by Provincial and Regional Health Authorities for your safety and comfort, confident that our teams will apply their decades of hospitality experience to ensuring your safe enjoyment of our destination.

Our number one priority is the health and safety of team members and visitors.

Following the government’s framework for reopening the province and public health guidelines, Niagara Falls’ accommodations, retail stores, attractions and restaurants have implemented stringent measures designed to ensure cleanliness, physical distancing and reduced contact.

Attractions, parks, restaurants, experiences (such as shows and tours), amenities and other offerings may be modified and limited in capacity, subject to limited availability or closure, based on direction from public health authorities.

Starting on September 22, 2021, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (two doses, plus 14 days) with photo ID is required to access the certain public settings and facilities, click here for full details

Each business has developed a plan for health & safety guidelines based on provincial requirements. For everyone’s safety and comfort, this includes:

Sanitization and Hygiene

  • Frequent cleaning and disinfection on high-touch surfaces
  • Handwashing and/or hand sanitizer stations for staff and guests
  • Personal protective equipment for staff as required
  • Following and monitoring guests’ adherence to the Niagara Region’s mandatory face covering by-law that is in place for enclosed public spaces
  • Staff members are actively screened for COVID-19 and not permitted to work if they fail the screening

Physical Distancing and Limited Contact

  • Guests and staff practice physical distancing of 2m/6ft
  • Signage and ground markings posted as appropriate for physical distancing (proper spacing for queue lines and check-outs, directional arrows, etc.)
  • Physical/protective barriers
  • Limited or reduced capacity for guests at attractions, restaurants and retail stores
  • Cashless transactions

Use the self-screening tool before leaving home to help keep everyone safe and healthy. If you fail the screening you are not permitted to visit and must contact your health care provider. It may be different than the last time you visited, but together we can find safe ways to create new memories.
