Safety is a Shared Responsibility
We look forward to welcoming you to Niagara Falls for your next adventure. Whether you are travelling with family, friends or colleagues, please keep the health & safety of your group, workers, and the general public in mind by following these guidelines:
Face masks or coverings are mandatory in all indoor public spaces in Niagara Falls, effective July 31st. Children under 5 years of age are not required to wear a face mask, but it is recommended. Face masks are also mandatory at many outdoor attractions.
Practice physical distancing. Keep 2 metres (6 feet) between your group and others. Face masks are recommended and encouraged when physical distancing is not possible.
Cover your mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing. If you use a tissue, put it in the garbage and wash your hands or use hand sanitizer right away.
Wash your hands often for at least 15 seconds with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
Stay home if you are not feeling well; if you have travelled out of the country in the past 14 days; or if you have been in contact with someone who has travelled out of the country in the past 14 days.
Use the self-screening tool before leaving home to help keep everyone safe and healthy. If you fail the screening you are not permitted to visit and must contact your health care provider.
For more information about personal health & safety guidelines, please refer to the following factsheets provided by Public Health Ontario.
Note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19. Help keep each other healthy by following health & safety guidelines. By being in public places you voluntarily assume the risks related to exposure.
