Niagara Casinos Visitor Journey
Niagara Casinos is working collaboratively with Ontario Lottery and Gaming and the Provincial regulator, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) to ensure appropriate health and safety protocols, informed by public health, will be in place for the protection of all staff and customers, as part of the casino re-opening plans.
The Casino's Health & Safety plans will be reviewed by highly qualified experts in infectious disease to ensure that everything is being done to keep employees and customers safe and well.
Face Masks RequiredGuests are required to wear face masks when on the premises.
Physical DistancingPhysical distancing of at least two metres throughout the premises. Implementing, where effective and possible, physical barriers such as plexiglass partitions.
Reduced CapacityCapacity will be limited in all areas of the casinos, including game floors, restaurants, bars and lounges to ensure physical distancing.
Focus on SanitizationIncreased cleaning frequency for high-touch surfaces. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer provided throughout the premises for guests and employees.
