Niagara Parks Table Rock Visitor Journey
Following direction from the Province and Public Health, Niagara Parks will be implementing new health and safety measures across all parks, attractions and dining facilities. This includes training staff on new protocols, installing signage to help guests better navigate these changes.
Face Masks Required
Guests are required to wear face masks when on the premises and on attractions. Face masks will be provided at the two designated entrances by Table Rock ambassadors who will also spray your hands with sanitizer. Timed Ticketing
Journey Behind the Falls offers time-ticketing to manage guest capacity and ensure physical distancing. Purchase tickets in advance to reserve your time and arrive 30 minutes early. Physical distancing markers have been implemented in ticket lines and attraction queues. Guest Health Screening
For Journey Behind the Falls, a thermal camera will be mounted by the entrance to measure guests’ temperatures – any guest who registers above the accepted level will be asked to step aside, taken to the First Aid room, second temperature taken by portable thermometer and questionnaire administered. Reduced Capacity
Capacity will be limited in each attraction to ensure physical distancing; queuing will allow 2m separation through floor markers and stanchions. Physical barriers (plexiglass) in place at areas where an employee would normally be interacting with a guest (ex. cash register). Focus on Sanitization
Increased cleaning frequency for high-contact areas has been implemented. Washrooms will be regularly cleaned and sanitized and inspected. Temporary Exterior washrooms are being added to the areas where the lines will be queuing for the two buildings entrances outside of Table Rock. Crew Member Health Checks
A Health Check will be conducted for each employee at the start of their shift. Each employee will be required to wear approved PPE, practice increased hygiene and use sanitization products.
